Re: Local Law in relation to Amendments to Chapters 280 Zoning, regarding Fees.
The Planning Board supports the proposed code amendment. Removing the actual fee amounts
from the code will allow the Town Board to evaluate conditions when necessary and respond
with fees that are relevant to changing costs over time
