WE, SCHEMBRI HOMES, INC., being owners of certain land in the Village of Greenport, Town of Southold, Suffolk County, New York, and included within which land are proposed highways known as WILLOW DRIVE and "DRAINAGE AREAS" described in the above entitled matter dated January __, 2000. NOW THEREFORE, in consideration of One ($1.00) Dollar to us in hand paid by Raymond L. The roads and drainage sump for this project have been offered to the Town for Dedication. The developer has completed all of the required road and drainage improvements necessary for dedication. At this time, I would recommend acceptance of the road and drainage areas of Homestead Acres. Please note, the developer's Attorney has informed me that a Homeowners Association has been created. The three vacant parcels remaining within this development are Open Space er Park & Playground Areas that will be deeded to this Association.
