Southold, County of Suffolk and State of New York, known and designated as Lots 141 and 142 and part of Lot 143 on a
certain Map entitled, "Subdivision Map of Cedar Beach Park situated at Bayview,Town of Southold, New York", made
September 15, 1926 by Otto W. Van Tuyl, Professional Engineer and Surveyor, License No. 1582, and which map is filed
in the Suffolk County Clerk's Office on December 20, 1927 as Map No. 90, said Lots and part of Lot being bounded and
described as follows:
BEGINNING at a pipe on the westerly side of West Lake Drive distant 75.91 feet northerly from a pipe and the extreme
northerly end of the arc of a curve connecting the northerly side of West Lake Drive with the westerly side of West Lake
Drive;
RUNNING THENCE along lands now or formerly of Anne R. Sowinski and Sarah S. Herman the following three(3)
courses and distances:
1. North 70 degrees 43 minutes 50 seconds West, 133.15 feet;
2. South 24 degrees 13 minutes 10 seconds West, 24.00 feet;
3. North 64 degrees 17 minutes 27 seconds West, 130.00 feet to the high-water mark of West Lake;
