liable to be assessed for highway taxes therein~ hereby apply to you to lay
out a highway m said Town to be known as "WIGGINS LANE"~ and extending
in a southerly direction from the southerly line of North Road, said
proposed highway being described as follows, to wit:
ALL that certain plot, piece or parcel of land situate, lying
and being in the Town of SouthoId~ County of Suffolk and State of
New York~ known as and by "Wiggins Lane" as shown on Map of
Section Two Fordham Acres, situate in t_he Town of SouthoId,
Suffolk County, New York, and filed in the Office of the Clerk of
the County of Suffolk on April 6~ I966, under File No. 4605.
The above described proposed highway will pass through the lands
of the undersigned who hereby consent to the laying out of said highway.
Annexed hereto and made a part hereof is a certain map entitled
"Map of Section II Fordham Acres at Greenport, Town of Southoid, SuffoLk
County, New York"~ which said map was filed in the Suffolk County Clerk:s
4605, which said map shows the course

DEDICATION AND RELEASE
WHEREAS, application has been duly made to the Town Superinten~
dent of Highways of the Town of Southold, in the CounTy of Suffolk, and
State of New York, for the laying out of a certain town highway to be known
as "WIGGINS LANE"~ and extending in a southerly direction from the
southerly line of North Road through lands of the undersigned.

ROBERT L. MUIR and HELEN 1ViUII{~ ali residing in the Town aforesaid

dedicate~ release and convey to the said Town of SouthoId, for highway
purposes, the following lands, to wit:
ALL that certain plot, piece or parcel of land situate,
lying and being in the Town of Southold, County of Suffolk
and State of New York, known as and by "Wiggins Lane"
as shown on Map of Section Two Fordham Acres, situate
in the Town of Southold, Suffolk County, New York, and
filed in the Office of the Clerk of the County of Suffolk on
April 6, I966, under File No. 4605.
The lands hereby dedicated, released and conveyed are specifically
shown and delineated upon a certain map entitled "Map of Section II Fordharm
Acres at Greenpor~, Town of Southold, Suffolk County, New York", which
is hereunto annexed and made a part hereof.

dated the 30th day of April, 1968, and the dedication and release
of RUTH Fo PRESTON, IDA BELLE LATt{A1Vi, ROBERT L. MUIR and
HELEN MUIR, dated the 30th day of April, 1968~ and duly
acknowledged, dedicating and releasing the necessary lands for a proposed
highway to be know~ as "WIGGINS LANI~" to extend in a southerly direction
from the southerly line of North Road through lands of the said RUTH Fo
PRESTON, IDA BELLE LATHA!VI~ ROBERT Lo MUIR and HELEN MUIR,
said proposed highway being more fully described in the above mentioned
application and dedi~cation and release.
RESOLVED, that in accordance with the provisions of Section 171 of
the Highway Law of the State of New York, consent be and the same hereby
is given that the Town Superintendent of Highways of the Town of Southoid
make an order laying out the aforesaid Town highway, the said Town high-
way to consist Of the Lands described in the said dedication and release and
to extend ~ delineated upon the map thereto annexed, and it is further
RESOLVED, that the Town Clerk be and he hereby is directed to
forthwith cause such release to be recorded in the office of the Clerk of the
County of SuffoLk and, upon its return, to attach it hereto.

highway inthe Town of Southold, Suffolk County, New York, to be known
as "WIGGINS LANE" ~ and extending in a southerly direction from the
southerly line of North Road ~hand~ dedication and release from the owners
of the lands through which the highway is proposed to be opened, having
been given;

that a Town highway to be known as "WIGGINS LANE" shall be, and the same
hereby is laid ou~ in said Town as follows:
