TO THE TOWN SUPERINTENDENT OF HIGHWAYS OF THE TOWN OF SOUTHOLD IN THE COUNTY OF SUFFOLK: The undersigned corporation by its Treasurer, Charles W. Morgan, residing at (no number) Jackson Street, New Suffolk, New York, which said corporation is liable to be assessed for highway taxes in the Town of Southold, hereby applies to you to lay out certain town highways, as described on a conveyance of said highways a copy of which is attached hereto and hereby made a part hereof. The said proposed highways will pass through the lands of H.J.S. DEDICATION AND RELEASE OF LANDS FOR TOWN HIGHWAYS In the Matter of the Laying Out of Certain Town Highways in the Town of Southold, County of Suffolk and State of New York WHEREAS, application has been duly made to the Town Superintendent of Highways of the Town of Southold, In Suffolk County, New York, for the laying out of certain town highways described hereinafter; NOW THEREFORE, H.J.S. LAND & DEVELOPMENT CORP., a corporation organized under and existing by virtue of the Business Corporation Law of the State of New York, the owner of the lands to be included within the said Town of Southold for highway purposes, does hereby dedicate, release and convey the lands as described as follows: ALL those certain roads located near Greenport, Town of Southotd, County of Suffolk and State of New York, described as follows: ALL that portion of Westwood Lane extending northerly from its intersection with Inlet Pond Road to Sound Drive and all of Sound Drive, all as shown on Map of Eastern Shores at Greenport, Section II, filed in the office of the Clerk of the County of Suffolk on August 10, 1965, as Map ~4426; and ALL roads as shown on a certain map entitled "Map of Eastern Shores at Greenport, Section IV", filed in the office of the Clerk of the County of Suffolk on March 7, 1966, as Map ~4586 including the turn around area approximately 100 feet square at the westerly terminus of Sound Drive as shown on said map which said turn around area is more particularly bounded and described as follows: Beginning at a point on the easterly line of Sound Drive as shown on said map, located north 5© 10' 20" East 50.69 feet from the boundary line between land of H.J.S. Land & Development Corp. on the north and land of F. N. S. Land &Development' Corp. on the south, from said point of beginning running thence south 80© 00' West 103.61 feet; running thence north 5© 10' 20" East 103.61 feet to the southerly line of Lot 105 as shown on said map; running thence north 80© 00' East along the said southerly line of the said Lot 105 across Sound Drive to the easterly line thereof, and land of Morris, a distance of 103.61 feet; running thence south 5© 10' 20" west along the said easterly line of Sound Drive and said land of Morris, 103.61 feet to the point of beginning.
