WITNESSETH, that the party of the first part, in consideration of ten dollars and other valuable consideration
paid by the party of the second part, does hereby grant and release unto the party of the second part, the heirs
or successors and assigns of the party of the second part forever,
ALL that certain plot, piece or parcel of land, with the buildings and improvements thereon erected, situate,
lying and being in the

State of New York, known and designated as Lot Numbers three hundred forty-seven
(347) on Map entitled, "Map of Section D, Nassau Point Club, Properties, Inc. ,
situate on Nassau Point, Suffolk County, New York, Surveyed March 24th, 1926 by
Otto W. Vantuyl, C.E. and Surveyor, Greenport, NY file Number 806" and filed in the
Office of the county Clerk, Suffolk, New York, on May 7th 1926 as Map Number 806,
said lot is more particularly bounded and described as follows:
BEGINNING at a point on the northerly side of Old Menhaden Road, said point being
where the division line of Lots 348 and 347 intersect the northerly side of Old
Menhaden Road; RUNNING THENCE North 39 degrees 04 minutes 20 seconds East 298.00
feet to a point; THENCE South 53 degrees 29 minutes East 53.00 feet to a point;
THENCE South 28 degrees 08 minutes 50 seconds West 248.00 feet to a point on the
northerly side of Old Menhaden Road; THENCE North 79 degrees 38 minut4s 00 seconds
West along said road 114.00 feet to the point or place of BEGINNING.
THE Grantor herein is the same person as the Grantee in deed dated the 19th day of
September, 1985 and recorded on October 11, 1985 in Liber of Deeds 9892 Page 268.
PREMISES known as 820 Old Menhaden Road, Cutchogue, New York and also known as
District 1000, Section 111000, Block 0400, Lot 018000.
THERE is no equity line mortgage on the premises.
TOGETHER with all right, title and interest, if any, of the party of the first part in and to any streets and
roads abutting the above described premises to the center lines thereof; TOGETHER with the appurtenances
and all the estate and rights of the party of the first part in and to said premises; TO HAVE AND TO
HOLD the premises herein granted unto the party of the second part, the heirs or successors and assigns of
the party of the second part forever.
AND the party of the first part covenants that the party of the first part has not done or suffered anything
whereby the said premises have been encumbered in any way whatever, except as aforesaid.
AND the party of the first part, in compliance with Section 13 of the Lien Law, covenants that the party of
the first part will receive the consideration for this conveyance and will hold the right to receive such consid-
