CONSENT OF TOWN BOARD TO PROPOS- ED TOWN HIGHWAY Upon reading and filing the application of Michael S. Hand and I¢~rgaret B. Hand, his wife, dated and acknowledged the 20th day of June, 1958, and the dedication and release of said Michael S. Hand and Margaret B. Hand, his wife, dated the 20th day of June, 1958, and duly acknowledged, dedicating and releasing the necessary lands for a proposed town highway at Cutohogue~ To be known as ~Track Avenue"~ to pass through the lands of said Michael S. Hand and Margaret B. Hand, his wife: and described as follows: it BEGIA~ING at a point on the easterly line of land of HenryL. Fleet Estate at the southerly terminus of the westerly line of that course of Stiilwater Avenue which runs S. 46 degrees 24' 40" E., and running thence along the southerly line of said Stillwater Avenue, N. 44 degrees 31' 00" E. 50 feet to a concrete monument; thence along land of M.S. Hand, as shown on "Map of Section Tw~, Property of M.S. Hand, situate at Cutchogue, Suffolk Co., N.Y." filed in County Clerk's Office as Map No. 1280, S. 44 degrees 42' 40'~ E. 1158.91 feet to a concrete monumen$; thence along said land of M.S. Hand and along land of ~oseph M~chell, N. 49 degrees 0t' ~0" E. 348.78 feet to a concrete monument set on the westerly line of said Stillwater Avenue; thence along said westerly line of Stillwater Avenue, S. 40 degrees 58' 40" E. 50 feet to a concrete monu- ment; thence alon~ other land of said M.S. Said proposed highway being 50 feet in Width, throughout, is RESOL~ that, in accordance with the provisions of Section 171 of the Highway Law of the State of New York, - i - consent be~ and the same hereby is~ given that the Town Superintendent of Highways of the Town of Southold make au order laying out the aforesaid town highway, the said town highway to consist of the lands above-described and describ- ed in the said dedication and release and to extend as delineated upon the ~p thereto annexed~ all in accordance with the provisions of the section and law aforesaid~ and it is further RESOLVED that the Town Clerk be, and he hereby directed forthwith to cause such release to be recorded in the Office of the Clerk of the County of Suffolk, and, upon its return~ to attach it hereto. The undersigned, inhabitants of said Town of Southold, liable to be assessed for highway taxes therein, hereby apply to you to lay out a highway at Cutchogue, in said To~, to be known as "Track Avenue~, and to run as follows: BEGINNING at a point on the e~sterly line of land of Henry L.
