Dear Mr. and Mrs. Leitch:
In response to your letter dated November 9, 2023, the Board of Trustees reviewed
your request to cut down the tree that is problematic and shown in photographs
provided by you, which tree is located on the above-mentioned property and which
request was reviewed by Trustee Elizabeth Peeples.
The Board of Trustees determined that the tree may be removed at this time with a one
to one replacement of a tree with a minimum of a 3" caliper. No permit will be required
to remove this tree.
Any other activity within 100' of the wetland boundary requires a permit from this office.
This is not a determination from any other agency.

As discussed yesterday, I am looking to remove the dead tree in these photos but understand that due to the proximity to the
wetlands I would need a Trustee Permit.
