being at Mattituck, Town of Southold, County of Suffolk and State
of New York, known and designated as Lot No. 7 on a certain map
entitled, "Map of Farmveu Associates", filed in the Suffolk County
Clerk's Office on September 1, 1989 as Map No. 8808.
Said Lot No. 7 being more particularly bounded and described as

Beginning at a point on the northerly side of Harvest Lane distant
135.00 feet easterly from the extreme easterly end of an arc
