It was noted that there several small crackS in the poured concrete foundation walls and a large crack that had been repaired with the injection of an epoxy water proofing compound. This large crack was located in the area of the master bedroom bath. The large crack was caused when backfilling in the winter. I certify t hat none of the small cracks and the large crack repaired with the epoxy will not effect the integrity of the structure and meets the Soulding Building Code and the New York St ate Fire and Building Code.
