BEGINNING at a point of the easterly side of Village Lane distant 257.96 feet southerly from
the corner formed by the intersection of the southerly side of Main Road (Rte. 25) with the
easterly side of Village Lane, which said point of beginning is also where the southerly line of
land now or formerly of Wendell Tabor intersects the easterly side of Village Lane, and from
said point of beginning
RUNNING THENCE along land now or formerly of Wendell Tabor the following two (2)
courses and distances:
