Any per~on who violates any provision of 'this Ordinance shall be gUilty of a violation and upo~ ~ohviCtion'shall"be subject to a fine of not more than $500.00 or imprisonment for not more than ~5 days or by both such fine and imprisonment. Moved by Councilman Valentine, seconded by Councilman Rich, it was RESOLVED that Justice Suter and Justice Demarest be and they hereby are authorized to attend Justice Conference, Cornell University, Ithacaj New York, on August 13 and 14, 1971, and be it further RESOLVED that the actual and necessary expenses to ~ravel, meals and lodging incurred while attending said conference be a legal charge aginst the Town. Vote of the Town Board: Ayes: Supervisor M~rtocchia, Councilman Rich, Councilman Valentine, Justice Suter, Justice Demarest. Re~ess called at 3:25 P.M. Reconvened at 3:45 P.M. Moved by Justice Surer, seconded by Justice Demarest, WHEREAS Zdzislaw Mekalojczyk has applied to the Town Board for a single t~ailer renewal permit dated July 26, 1971, NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the ap~lgcation of Zdzislaw Mekalojczyk to .locate a single trailer on his property at Johns Road, east side Main Road, Mattituck, New York, be and hereby is gra~ted for a six (6) month period. '~ Vote of the Town Board: Ayes: Supervisor Martocchia, Councilman Valentine, Councilman Rich, Justice Suter, Justice Demarest. Mowed by Justice Demarest, seconded by Justice Suter, it was RESOLVED that General Bills in the amount of $12,224.09; Lighting ~istrict bills in the amount of $4,487.22; Fishers Island Ferry District bills in the amount of $17,557.66; Highway bills in the amount of $14,917.60; and Capital Fund bills in the amount of $5,73~.70 be and the same are hereby ordered paid.
