Jack says that the portion highlighted in yellow was discontinued as a town highway and deeded back to the property owner Russell G. DIOench. Mr. DtOench has since sold the property, however, his attorney failed to include this portion of the road in the conveyance. So, it is still owned by him. Hereunto annexed and made a part hereof is a certain map entitled "Plan of a Portion of Sterling Street at Fisherl Island, New York, to be Abandoned by the Town of Southold" prepared by Chandler and Palmer, Engineers, Norwich, Conn., and dated Janu~y 28, 1963, which said map shows the highway re~ueste~ to be discont- inued by this application.
