Upon inspection I found that the rebar spacing and size met the architectural plans and B.C.2020 of New York State. Additionally I inspected the completed concrete foundation upon steel installation on June 8th 2020. During that inspection 1 found that concrete foundation and steel framing conformed to the architectural drawings/specifications, and the foundation met B.C.2020 of New York State.
