Even the original layout of the cottage is a bit different then shown on plan. -The scope of the work is extensive, and all needs to be shown on the drawings, including the structural changes, new insulation,windows,etc. -There are roofline changes for the dormers being constructed which may be increasing the non-conformities to the cottage. Please reach out to Amanda to discuss what may be needed for zoning. Since she issued the building permit, she'll be the one who needs to work with you for the amendments. I'm only outlining concerns based on my building inspection yesterday. -Lastly,there is a bit of confusion regarding the paperwork which is in our inspection file. We have a certified letter from you attesting to the work completed, and we also have a solder certificate for the completed plumbing. Neither of those appear to be applicable for this particular cottage based on the level of construction observed yesterday. Is it possible those documents were supposed to be included with a different cottage/permit? Please let me know if you have any questions.
