I. Accurate survey of property showing all property lines, Streets, buildings and

2. A properly completed ~pplieation, a consent to inspect signed by the applican~

show single and separate ownership of the entire lot prior to April 9, ]957.

c. The work covered by this application may not be commenced before issuance of Building Permit.
