20.61 feet;
THENCE still along said mean high water mark,North 55 degrees 48 minutes 08 seconds East,

THENCE along said land,North 39 degrees 30minutes 00 seconds East, 180.50 feet t the
westerly side of Park Way at the point or place of BEGINNING;
Together with the right title and interest,if any,of the party of the first part to land now or
formerly under Goose Creek,and all accretions.
BEING and intended to be the same premises conveyes to the grantors herein by deed dated
April 21,2014 and recorded May 8,2014 in Liber:D00012773 Page:289 in the Office of the Suffolk
County Clerk;

heirs or successors and assigns of the party of the second part forever.

the party of the first part will receive the consideration for this conveyance and will hold the right to
receive such consideration as a trust fund to be applied first for the purpose of paying the cost of the

any part of the total of the same for any other purpose.
