situate, lying and being in the Incorporated Village of Greenport, Town of Southold, County of
Suffolk and State of New York, known and designated as Lot Numbers 18 and 19 as shown on a
certain map entitled: "Map of Property of Nathan Kaplan" and filed in the Office of the Suffolk
County Clerk on January 15, 1875 as Map Number 338, which said lots when taken together are
more particularly bounded and described as follows:
BEGINNING at a point on the westerly side of Fifth Avenue (formerly Kaplan Avenue) distant
