His neighbor Mr. Johnson seems to be running a .landscaping or lawn-mower repair activity. At any rate the property had an array of lawn mowers spread around his front yard. The property had light poles thru out the rear of property for what could be night-time activity. Nothing in code covers exterior lighting in residential zones. The law does say that he must keep his property in a neat condition. As for his home occupation, I am still resolving that aspect of the problem, and will get in touch with him shortly. As for Mr. Zulli, he also has exterior lighting and I observed a ground television disc in his front yard. Research shows no ZBA Variance for front yard accessory, nor any building permit.
