I have spoken with the owners and they have insured me that the shed will be removed if so required on their property in order not to have gone over the 20•~ occupied lot requirements. Following is a list of the square footage alotnents and requirement. * Lot Square Footage - 20,155 sq. ft. * House Sq. Ft. - 2,603 sq. ft. * New Deck addition - 876 sq. ft. * exist pool - 512 sq. ft. Total area covered - 3,991 sq. ft. Total area cover/allow - 4,031 sq. ft. Percent lot Occupied - 19.8% The owners of the pool te'1 me that the survey is off slightly regarding the pool.
