Tax Map #1000-21-2-3 Dear Mr. Gerosa: During a review of our files, it was noted that the above building permit has expired, and a Certificate of Occupancy has not been issued. A final inspection was made on October 5, 1988, and everything was okay for CO, but we needed your application and check for $25.00, a Plumbers Certification, and Underwriters Certificate. We have received the Plumbers Certification, but do not have the Underwriters Certificate. Since your check for $25.00 dated October 17, 1988 is outdated, we return it herewith. Please send us the Underwriters Certificate and a new check in the amount of $25.00, and we will issue the CO. According to the Code of the Town of Southold, it is unlawful to occupy a dwelling until a Certificate of Occupancy has been issued. Please correct the above violation immediately.
