It was further noted that a new electrical service panel has been installed, to which the trailer was connect- ed. Please be advised that you are in violation of the Southold Town Zoning Code, Art. VIII Para. [00-8-B(3) which reads:"[amended 7-]-86 by L.L. No.5-1986] uses per- mitted by special exception by the Board of Appeals, as hereinafter provided, and except for the uses set forth in Subsection B(18) hereof, are subject to site plan approval by the Planning Board in accordance with Article XIII here- of: (3) wholesale ,storage and warehousing." To avoid litigation, the violation must be removed or the normal process of applying for the necessary permits should be started.
