A. This application must be filled in typewriter OR ink, and submitted m ~ to the Building Inspec-
tor with the following; for new buildings or new use:
1. Final survey of property with accurate [ocation of all buildings, property lines, streets, and unusual
natural or topographic features.
2.Final approval of Health Dept. of water supply and sewerage disposal--(S-9 form or equal).
3.Approval of electrical installation from Board of Fire Underwriters.
4. Commercial buildin§s, Industria~ buildings, Multiple Residences and similar buildings and instaila-
lions, a certificate of Code compliance from the Architect or Engineer responsible for the building,
5.Submit Planning Board approval of completed site plan requirements where applicable.

Dear Greg:
After careful review of your request for us to obtain the
necessary permits for the continuation of the trailer for
the storage of dairy products, and after a discussion of
same with the Southold Town Building Inspector, it is my
opinion that the obtaining of permits for this will be
difficult and expensive to obtain, as well as a limited
assurance of success without a great deal more justification
than has. been provided to date.
Am sorry, but we feel that we can be of no assistance to you
in this application. There is no charge for the above
evaluation.

Dear Mr. & Mrs. Rishe:
It was recently brought to the Southold Town Build-
ing Department's attention that a second business was oper-
ating on your property on Kerwin Blvd. Upon further in-
vestigation by the Building Department it was noted that a
semi-trailer was parked at the end of an improved drive-
way. It was further noted that a new electrical service
panel has been installed, to which the trailer was connect-
ed.
Please be advised that you are in violation of the
Southold Town Zoning Code, Art. VIII Para. [00-8-B(3)
which reads:"[amended 7-]-86 by L.L. No.5-1986] uses per-
mitted by special exception by the Board of Appeals, as
hereinafter provided, and except for the uses set forth in
Subsection B(18) hereof, are subject to site plan approval
by the Planning Board in accordance with Article XIII here-
of: (3) wholesale ,storage and warehousing."
To avoid litigation, the violation must be removed or
the normal process of applying for the necessary permits
should be started.
We would appreciate your contacting this office as
soon as possible so that we can help you resolve this prob-
lem.

Dear Mr. Less~rd:
We wish to bring to your attention a violation which
requires your attention. Arshamonague Dairy has moved its
wholesale milk distributing business from Albertsons Lane,
Greenport to Kerwin Blvd, Greenport.
The business is operated from a refrigerated trailer,
which is running at all hours of the day and night, in the
rear of Rempes Fish Market; furthermore, the necessary
permits have not been obtained.
We would appreciate it if you would please look into
this matter as soon as possible.

sets of plans, accurate plot plan to scale. Fee according to schedule.
b. Plot plan showing location of lot and of buildings on premises, relationship to adjoining premises or public streets
or areas, and giving a detailed description of layout of property must be drawn on the diagram which is part of this appli-
cation.
c. The work covered by this application may not be commenced before issuance of Building Permit.
d. Upon approval of this application, the Building Inspector will issued a Building Permit to the applicant. Such permit
shall be kept on the premises available for inspection throughout the work.
e. No building shall be occupied or used in whole or in part for any purpose whatever until a Certificate of Occupancy
