Final survey of property with accurate location of all buildings, property lines, -streets, and unusual natural or topographic features. 2. ~ Final Approval from Health Dept. of water supply and sewerage-disposal(S-9 form). 3. Approval of electrical installation from Board of Fire Underwriters. 4. Sworn statement from plumber certifying that the solder used in system contains less than 2½10 of i% lead. 5. Commercial building, industrial building, multiple residences and similar buildings and installations, a certificate of Code Compliance from architect or engineer responsible for the building. Submit Planning Board Approval of completed site plan requirements. '6. For existing buildings (prior to April 9, 1957) non-conforming uses, or buildings and "pre-existing" land uses: 1. Suff. Co. Tax Map ~1000- 111-11-1.5 Dear Mr. Kasschau: During a review of our files it was noted that the above building permit has expired, and a Certificate of Occupancy has never been issued. We did a final inspection on Nov. 9, 1990 and you were notified that a CO application, Underwriters Certificate and a $25.00 fee was needed. Enclosed is the application. Please submit to this office with the necessary papers, and we will issue the CO. According to the Code of the Town of Southold a Certificate of Occupancy is required before using the pool.
