Such precautions may include maintaining adequate work area 2 between the tidal wetland jurisdictional boundary and the coastal erosion hazard area and your project or erecting a temporary fence, barrier, or hay bale berm. I have been directed to you for assistance by Mark Terry. The Trust has submitted a re-subdivision(Lot Line Modification) application on behalf of our client Island's End Golf..A conditional approval was grant with the requirement of securing DOH approval. The DOH has now requested we obtain either a Town"Wetland Permit" or a "No Jurisdiction Letter". Our Town re-subdivision(LLM) application has no proposed building or infrastructure. It is simply a reconfiguration from four(4)parcels into two (2), so Mark believes a"No Jurisdiction Letter"would be the correct document. Attaches is the original Town conditional approval letter as well as the recent Town application extension, along with the LLM and engineering survey. I will contact you shortly for further clarification on this matter. Thank you.
