Nicholas Krupski, on September 19, 2023, the Board of Trustees determined that the work as indicated above may be performed. The two (2) trees should be replaced one to one with native hardwood trees. Any other activity within 100' of the wetland boundary requires a permit from this office. This is not a determination from any other agency. / If you have any questions, please call our office at (631) 765-1892. The first tree,on the south east corner of the property is completely dead. Should the tree or branches come down in a storm/high wind it would affect the power lines along the street. The second tree has carpenter ants and is leaning towards our home. That tree is located on the south west side of the property. ATTENTION:This email came from an external source. Once removed we would install new plantings. I am attaching photos for your review. Please let us know if you require any further information.
