SCTM#: 1000-137-4-15
Dear Mr. and Mrs. Corcoran:
With regard to your letter dated August 31, 2023, along with photographs
requesting to remove two (2) trees, located on the above-mentioned property
which abuts the wetlands, and which trees were seen by Trustee Vice-President
A. Nicholas Krupski, on September 19, 2023, the Board of Trustees determined
that the work as indicated above may be performed. The two (2) trees should be
replaced one to one with native hardwood trees.
Any other activity within 100' of the wetland boundary requires a permit from this
office.
This is not a determination from any other agency. /
If you have any questions, please call our office at (631) 765-1892.
Sincerely,
Glenn Goldsmith

Subject: 405 Fleetwood Road, Cutchogue -TREE LETTER
Good afternoon Diane,
We are writing to you to request permission to remove 2 trees from our property.
The first tree,on the south east corner of the property is completely dead.
Should the tree or branches come down in a storm/high wind it would affect the power lines along the street.
The second tree has carpenter ants and is leaning towards our home.
That tree is located on the south west side of the property.

We would have the trees removed by a licensed/insured contractor.
Once removed we would install new plantings.
I am attaching photos for your review.
Please let us know if you require any further information.
Sincerely,
Karen and David Corcoran
