Gentlemen:
I am submitting an application for a building permit, which is
attached to the letter. I am requesting approval to demolish a
one story dwelling, which no structure will be built in its place.
I will ensure that the following items are addressed:
The foundation and all footings will be removed and any depressions
backfilled to ground level.
The cesspool will be located, the structure collapsed in and any
depressions filled in.
The structure utilized well.water. This pump will be located and
rendered inoperable.
A letter is attached showing that the previous owner closed out the
electric service in 1992. The power has been disconnected from the
structure.
Lastly, I have enclosed my check for $189.50 to cover the fee for the
