Based upon all testimony, documentation, personal inspection of the property and surrounding neighborhood, and other evidence,the Zoning Board finds the following facts to be true and relevant and makes the following findings: 1. ZBA decision #4546 described the 2 lots as merged lots. The decision treated them as merged, when in fact they were still separate lots. In the hearing from that application, the Board discussed the reasons why they treated the lots as merged, but they did not condition the approval on requiring the lots merge. The owners never merged the properties and therefore the lots are single and separate. 2.
