The following action was taken by the Southold Town Board of
Trustees at their Regular Meeting held on Tuesday, November 21,
2000
RESOLVED, that the Southold Town Board of Trustees grant the
request for a Waiver to DAVID WIRTZ to renovate existing
swimming pool and replace patio. New coping, new tile, new
plumbing and add drywell also include pool discharge basin.
This approval does not constitute approvals from any other
agency.
