point which is 2300.82 feet West of another monument marking the United States
Coast and Geodetic Survey Triangulation Station"PROS"; and
RUNNING THENCE South 87 degrees 07 minutes 30 seconds West, 169.36 feet to a
stone monument abutting northerly on Fox Avenue;
THENCE South 01 degree 22 minutes 30 seconds West,253.37 feet to a stone
monument;
