BEGINNING at the point of the intersection of the southerly side of Main Road with the westerly side of New Suffolk Lane;
running thence along the westerly side of New Suffolk Lane two courses as follows:
1) South 47 degrees 53 minutes 20 seconds East 15.50 feet;and
2) South 9 degrees 53 minutes 20 seconds East 183 feet to the northerly line of land of Cutchogue Fire District;
running thence the two following courses and distances along said lands last mentioned to wit:
1) South 78 degrees 16 minutes 40 seconds West 55.26 feet to a corner;
2) North 10 degrees 16 minutes 40 seconds West 26.67 feet to the southwesterly corner of land of Richard Cron;
running thence the two following courses and distances along the easterly and northeasterly boundaries

said right of way being further described as follows:
BEGINNING at a concrete monument on the westerly side of New Suffolk Lane at the southeast corner of the
premises herein described adjoining land of the Cutchogue Fire District on the South;running thence along land
of the Cutchogue Fire District,South 78 degrees 16 minutes 40 seconds West 55.26 feet to a monument;thence
North 10 degrees 16 minutes 40 seconds West 10 feet to a monument;thence North 78 degrees 16 minutes 40
seconds East 55.33 feet to the westerly line of New Suffolk Lane;thence South 9 degrees 53 minutes 20 seconds
East along the easterly line of New Suffolk Lane 10 feet to the monument and place of BEGINNING.
Intended to be the same property,which was conveyed on February 91h.2000,and recorded with the Suffolk
County Clerk on February 15th,2000,in liber 12020 page 757.
TOGETHER with all right, title and interest, if any, of the party of the first part in and to any streets and roads
abutting the above described premises to the center lines thereof;TOGETHER with the appurtenances and all
the estate and rights of the party of the first part in and to said premises; TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the
premises herein granted unto the parry of the second part,the heirs or successors and assigns of the party of
the second part forever.
AND the party of the first part, in compliance with Section 13 of the Lien Law, covenants that the parry of the
first part will receive the consideration for this conveyance and will hold the right to receive such consideration
as a trust fund to be applied first for the purpose of paying the cost of the improvement and will apply the same
first to the payment of the cost of the improvement before using any part of the total of the same for any other
purpose. The word "party" shall be construed as if it read"parties"whenever the sense of this indenture so
requires.
