As we pointed out,the owners decided to scale down the addition to their home considerably:they have eluminWAthe second story entirely which Ubpre is no �+ t "bedroond. The scope of demolition has been reduced tQ,0,,WW7be proposed addition will be an enlarged family room open to the kitchen with French doors on three sides to access the surrounding garden and terraces. Architecturally the addition will maintain the spirit and charm of the old country house. It picks up the scale of the historical building and matches the simplistic approach of the detailing. The enclosed proposal entails some photos of the existing building. As you can imagine,the owners are eager to get started with the construction as soon as possible.
