Ground bearing conditions must be verified; necessary corrections shall be completed at buyer's expense. 2. Finish grading of the construction site shall be completed. 3. Buyer shall provide electric power from either local service orl premises or portable generators. Power requirement minimums are 120 volts AC, 3500 watts, 30 amps. 4 . Buyer shall have restroom facilities available for Rough Brothers construction personnel at the job site. Rough Brothers shall invoice, and buyer agrees to pay, for any delays or expenses (including, but not limited to, extra travel and per diem expense) incurred by Rough Brothers as a result of buyer's failure to meet the conditions and requirements described in paragraphs *1-4 . POST HOLE DRILLING AND FOUNDATIONS Unless specified to the contrary, this quotation includes the drilling by Rough Brothers of up to 16" diameter x 48" deep holes for concrete pier foundations in non-collapsible, load bearing soil. If special soil conditions are found to exist which require larger or deeper holes, or if equipment other than a two man gas powered auger is required to drill the holes, Rough Brothers shall invoice, and buyer agrees to pay, for the additional expenses incurred in providing a satisfactory foundation for the greenhouse.
