I have inspected the following at the above referenced property:
1. Basement build-out
2. All exterior decks
3. First floor bathroom gut renovation
I certify that the construction in total,to the best of my knowledge and belief, conforms to all applicable
building codes and construction best practices at the time this construction was completed.
Further, I have been given sufficient evidence from the glass fabricator to certify that the window in the
first floor renovated bathroom is tempered and meets all building code requirements for windows
adjacent to bathtubs.
In addition, I certify that the current total number of bedrooms is the same as per the original health dept.
