I have enclosed the site plan for the above referenced property belonging to our
clients Nicole Eckstrom and Carlos Saavedra.This property currently has an open
permit#10336 for work within 100'of the adjacent wetlands.
As the enclosed site plan depicts,we would like to additionally propose the
construction of an in-ground swimming pool on the landward side of the house.
The swimming pool,terrace and pool equipment shed proposed are all greater
than 100'from the wetlands boundary.
As the proposed work is greater than 1 00'from the wetlands boundary, I would like
to request a letter of non-jurisdiction from the Board of Trustees for this proposed
work.
