TOGETHER with the appurtenances and all the estate and rights of Grantor in and to

TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the premises herein granted unto Grantee, and their heirs,
executors,administrators,successors and assigns forever,
AND Grantor covenants that Grantor has not done or suffered anything whereby said
premises have been encumbered in any way whatever, except as set forth herein and as
otherwise disclosed in that certain Certificate and Report of Title issued by Stewart Title

71258623, as same has been amended,modified and/or supplemented from time to time
