Unfortunately, for us, by mid January as the two previous snowfalls began to melt we learned that our roof was leaking. We are writing to you today to ask that you expedite our permit to construct a new roof as soon as possible. We normally would not ask for extra consideration but at this time the ceiling inside the house is beginning to fall down and we are extremely concerned about the damage that the water is causing inside.
