The roadway infrastructure has now been established with curbing, grading, public water and the drainage system completed. The electrical utilities are currently under construction. Once this is complete, the stone blend road base material will be placed and graded to provide access for emergency vehicles. The current building permit application for the Model Home located on Lot# 17 is a new application to replace the one that was returned by the Town based on my request for completed road construction. The amount of road construction to date is considered adequate for emergency access for lot# 17 and it is recommended that the permit process be re-instated for this application.
