The last inspection was done on Sept. 14, 1998 which was for the insulation. Kindly contact this office as soon as possible so that we may schedule a final inspection. According to the Code of the Town of Southold, A building permit expires in 18 months from date of issue, with a 6 month extension for a total of 2 years . If at the end of two years construction is not completed, the building permit must be renewed and a new fee submitted. Occupancy or Use is unlawful without a Certificate of Occupancy.
