It has come to the attention of the Building Department
that the above building permit has expired, and construction was
never started.
According to the Code of the Town of Southold, A building
permit expires in 18 months from date of issue, but work must
begin within a 12 month period or the building permit becomes
void. We have voided out this permit . When you are ready to
start construction, please submit a new building permit
application along with building plans .
If you have any questions regarding this matter, please do

and received in our office on October 30, 1998 and determined
that your proposal to construct a single family house and garage
to be out of the Trustee Wetland jurisdiction.
However, any activity within 75 ' of the Wetland line requires a
permit from this office.
This determination is not a determination from any other agency.
