I am reviewing the plan which was dropped off for the alterations to the Richards residence in Orient. We would like to
ask for a bit more detail on these drawings-the last alteration to the home was just a couple of years ago, and there
were notes made by the building inspector regarding the winder stairs,ceiling heights upstairs,etc.which leaves us
concerned about the accessibility for the spaces you are proposing. Can you please provide us with a more detailed
building section, indicate incremental heights on the floor plan, provide us with the total room area (office) and give the
area ratio which has T-0" ceiling height. How do the new closets get accessed with wall heights of only 3 feet;same
thing with the laundry appliances..
