Ingegno, Land Surveyor dated May 1, 1997 is beyond the jurisdiction of Article 25 Tidal Wetlands. Therefore, in accordance with the current Tidal Wetlands Land Use Regulations (6NYCRR Part 661) no permit is required under the Tidal Wetlands Act.
