This information is contrary to that shown on the plan approved by the Department. A guidance document for addressing problems with neighboring wells is enclosed for use in the event that a redesign of the sewage disposal system does not solve the problem. In accordance with Article 3, Section 760-305 & 307 of the Suffolk County Sanitary Code, the above referenced permit to construct is suspended until this matter can be resolved.
