As per the building inspector's request,this letter also confirms that unfinished work in
the master bathroom will be completed, including installation of a bathtub and shower
enclosure, in accordance with Town of Southold codes and regulations.
All of this work will be completed after the Certificate of Occupancy is obtained and we
take possession of this property.

As per customer's contractual agreement, Schembri Homes will
asphalt driveway when asphalt plants reopen in the spring.
Seasonal temperatures at this time of year make it impossible for
