The electrical inspection was done by Sean Devlin and he requested some adjustments. These were done and pictures of these changes were sent to Connie on April 2. Sean should be able to issue the Certificate of Compliance. On 4.21.23 1 hand delivered the letter from the engineer. I have attached another copy of the letter. The rental permit for this property was issued on 5.15.23. 1 assume that the building permit was closed out and the revised CO was issued prior to the rental permit being issued.
