Dear Gary: As we discussed, enclosed is our application for a building permit to restore the storage shed at the premises we expect to acquire. We have a contract to purchase the property subject to the receipt of the permits required to restore the bulkhead, steps and storage shed. We have received approval from the Town of Southold Board of Trustees (permit # 4578). With that application we have included the survey, engineers' drawings, photos etc. Also as we discussed we would like to relocate the shed closer to the center of our property and away from our neighbors as indicated in the engineers drawings, I have shown our revised version with the enclosed application. I have also enclosed my application fee of $35.
