The above building permit was issued on July 8, 1996 to
Buovodantona Aliperti for the Construction of a New Dwelling
Mr. Aliperti is now requesting a refund of $544 . 20 as he is
not proceeding with this project, but has applied for a new
building permit for a new dwelling on a different lot. (See
attached letter from Mr. Aliperti dated April 18, 1997)

' a. This application must be camgletely filled in by typewriter or in ink and submitted to the Building Inspecto
3 sets of plans, accurate plot plan to scale. Fee according to schedule.
, b. Plot plan slowing location of lot and of buildings on premises, relationship to adjoining premises or public
streets or areas, and giving a detailed description of, layout of property must be drawn on the diagram which is part
this application.
c. The work covered by this application my not be cammenced before issuance of Building Permit.
d. upon approval of this application, the Building Inspector will issue a Building Permit: to the applicant. S:
permit shall be kept on the premises available for inspection througlhout the work.
e. No building shall be occupied or used in whole or in part for any purpose whatever until a Certificate of
Occupancy shall have been granted by the Building Inspector.
