SUPERVISOR COCHRAN: There has not been any change in the committee

my feeling that Councilman Moore with his Police Committee, and his Code

time. So, Alice had served in the past in Personnel, and she is kind
enough to accept it again. I thank you all

SUPERVISOR COCHRAN: That's the end of our resolutions. If there is
anyone that would like to address the Board at this time you may do so.
JODY ADAMS: Why couldn't we address it before we started?
SUPERVISOR COCHRAN: Because I forgot.
JODY ADAM: Really?
SUPERVISOR COCHRAN: Yes. We could have had you address it at that
time, and it was my error, which I readily admit to. I didn't think about
asking those if they would llke to address the Board. I think at that
point we just had the two..
JODY ADAMS: If you had it listed on your agenda it would have helped.
SUPERVISOR COCHRAN: It would have. Yes, thank you. It would have.
But we certainly..
TOWN CLERK TERRY: It's my fault.
SUPERVISOR COCHRAN: I realize it's been passed on, but you are
certain y welcome to make comment.
JODY ADAMS: I'll make a comment now, and then probably make it
again. I would like to have heard the..known more about the contract with
your Court Stenographers, and I think a lot of the stuff as you read off
is too abbreviated for us to listen to. You know, I mean, you just cut
off, and half the information you need to understand it isn't there.
Maybe I can get it, not on Court Stenographer, but 'n generally. But the
Court Stenographers, I think, are important, and should be discussed
prior to any contract. It's a little late.
SUPERVISOR COCHRAN: They function according to their contract, and
we're familiar with that, although you may not be. So, I apologize for
that also. We can give you that information if you would like.
JODY ADAMS: Yes, I would.
SUPERVISOR COCHRAN: Anyone else like to make a comment to the
Board? No? (No response.) Hearing none, I call for a motion to adjourn.
