SCTM# 1000-70-2-1 Owner: Kathleen McDowell RESOLUTION: WHEREAS, 51540 NYS Route 25, Southold,NY, is on the Town of Southold Registry of Historic Landmarks; and WHEREAS, as set forth in Section 56-7 (b) of the Town Law(Landmarks Preservation Code) of the Town of Southold, all proposals for material change/alteration must be reviewed and granted a Certificate of Appropriateness by the Southold Town Historic Preservation Commission prior to the issuance of a Building Permit; and, WHEREAS, on September 8, 2023,the applicant's representative, Michael Miele, P.E., submitted a proposal to install roof mounted solar panels on an existing two-family dwelling and an accessory garage upon residential property listed on the Town of Southold Registry of Historic Landmarks; and WHEREAS, a Site Plan and Engineered Plans indicating proposed improvements,prepared by Michael E.
