A. This application must be fdled in typewriter OR ink, and submitted m -~ to the Building Inspec-
tor w~th the followmg;~for new buildings or new use:
1. Final survey of property w~th accurate location of all buildings, property lines, streets, and unusual
na'aJ ral or topographl~c featu res.
2.Final approval of Health Dept. of water supply and sewerage dmposal-(S-9 form or equal).
3.Approval of electrical installation from Board of F~re Underwmters.
4. Commermal buildings, Industrial buddings, Multiple Residences and simdar buildings and installa-
t[ons, a certificate of Code compliance from the Architect or Engineer responsible for the budding.
5.Submit Planmng Boa?d approval of completed rote plan requirements where apphcable.

1 Cut 4-ribbon boards 2x4x7'-21" long.
2. Nail door frame at one end of ribbon boards
3. Nail the balance of"Porter Frames" at 24" on center x~ith
end flame at outside.
4. Nail 2 ribbon boards inside at top of wall and 2 ribbon
boards outside at bottom of wall for bracing.
5. Finish walls, roof, and floor ~th sheathing materials

Dear Mr. & Mrs. Contlno:
During an znspection at a reszdence to the rear of
your property I noticed an accessory buildzng located in
your rear yard. I can not find any evzdence of a Buzld-
lng Permit for th~s building.
According to Article XIV Chapter I00-141 and 100-
144 of the Code of the Town of Southold an accessory build-
ing requires a Buildxng Permit and a Certzficate of Oc-
cupancy.
In order to avoid any further legal action please
resolve thxs violation immedxately
