Each shingle will be secured with 6 (qty) 1 '/Z" galvanized roofing nails consistent with a high wind application or as specified by the manufacturer. • Remove existing plumbing and vent pipe flanges and install new aluminum-neoprene pipe flanges. • Carefully dislodge existing cable wires running through the fascia,seal fascia penetration,and secure to J- channel. • Install continuous ridge vent along main ridge and reverse gable running on the right side of the building. • Cap ridge vent with heavy duty GAF Timber Tex shingles or equivalent. • Clean landscaping and driveway with magnet to pick up any loose nails. • Additionally,submit price to eliminate the existing gutters and upgrade to a new 6"seamless gutter system w/appropriate sized down spouts. All work is subject to prevailing wage rate. Voucher and certified payroll must be submitted with invoice. The winning bid will make every attempt to complete the job in a timely manner(weather permitting) and make roof weather tight at the end of each work day.
